In January 2024, I took a leap of faith and started DISCover consulting. Who would have thought I’d embark on this journey at my age? I haven’t looked back since! Every day brings new adventures, as I step out of my comfort zone, meet amazing clients, and connect with people in the community
My extensive experience in the independent pharmacy sector for over 20 years, paired with my passion for helping pharmacies thrive, has defined my career, and allowed me to make a lasting impact on the industry. I have consulted and coached over two hundred pharmacy owners and their teams. I am dedicated to supporting all businesses, owners, s and their teams in achieving their goals, whether it's through one-on-one coaching or by providing valuable guidance and expertise to drive growth and profitability. My commitment to excellence in communication, team development, and relationship-building has made me a trusted and respected professional.
Over the last ten years, I have trained and facilitated in-person and virtual sessions on Customer Service, The Lost Art of Business Etiquette, Supervisory Skills, and Managing the Employee Lifecycle.
My journey began with a passion for understanding people and helping them unlock their full potential. This led me to explore various leadership and team dynamics, eventually becoming a certified DISC Behavioral Consultant in March 2023 through the John Maxwell Team. Since then, I have dedicated my work to empowering teams and individuals to discover, maximize, and lead with their unique strengths.
In March 2024, I completed The Maxwell Leadership Certification Program, equipping me with the tools to facilitate, speak, coach, and train on Maxwell Leadership’s personal and professional development content. Through this journey, I’ve had the privilege of guiding others in advancing their leadership skills, improving team performance, and fostering stronger workplace cultures.
My mission is simple: to help people not only identify their strengths but to harness them in a way that promotes growth, unity, and high performance within their teams. By offering advanced strategies and practical tools, I support leaders in creating lasting impacts in their organizations.
